Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to children with SEND, fostering their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Lead and coordinate the work of other support staff, ensuring consistent and effective provision.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create personalised learning plans.
- Contribute to creating a safe, positive, and inspiring learning environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) with experience in SEND support.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Passion for working with young children and making a positive impact.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
