Inclusion Teacher - Primary School

Are you an experienced educator passionate about promoting inclusion and ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed? Remedy are seeking a dedicated Inclusion Teacher to join a thriving primary school in Brent.

This school is known for its welcoming and diverse environment, where the focus is on providing tailored support to meet the individual needs of each pupil. As an Inclusion Teacher, you will work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals to ensure that pupils with additional needs receive the right support to thrive academically and socially.

Role responsibilities:- Work with SEN and mainstream teachers to support children with additional needs- Develop and implement inclusive teaching strategies- Monitor the progress of students with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND)- Collaborate with parents, external agencies, and school staff to create an inclusive learning environment- Support the development and review of individual education plans (IEPs)

Requirements:- Proven experience working with children with SEN in a primary setting- Strong knowledge of inclusion strategies and teaching methods- Excellent communication and team-working skills- Passion for creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Pay: £180 - £210 per day Location:Brent Contract: Full-time, long-term position
