The School – SEN Teacher role

This Brent based mixed community Special School, is a school that supports students aged between 4 – 19 with moderate to severe learning difficulties as a primary need or as a dual diagnosis to their medical or physical needs.  The school covers two sites.  One for the primary and one for the secondary.  This ensures each site is specifically catered for the needs of the age groups.  The school has excellent public transport links and limited parking surrounding the school grounds.

The position – SEN Teachers role

The role is required for a Qualified SEN Teacher with experience of supporting and teaching small classes of students in Years 7 and Year 8 that have moderate to severe learning difficulties.  The successful SEN Teacher MUST have their QTS certification and have experience of planning and developing class plans that support and promote the intellectual growth of the students and encourage independence through learning.
