Food Technology Teacher - Brent
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food Technology Teacher to join a dynamic and thriving secondary school in the Brent area. The Role:
- Teaching Food Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire a love for cooking and nutrition
- Preparing students for practical assessments and ensuring a thorough understanding of food science
- Encouraging students to develop essential life skills and healthy eating habits
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Food Technology at secondary level
- A passion for the subject and the ability to motivate students of all abilities
- Strong classroom management skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
