SF Recruitment are recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in North Derbyshire.
As an HR Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the HR team with a range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and issuing contracts, offer letters, and employee correspondence
- Maintaining and updating employee records accurately
- Handling HR filing and document management
- Supporting with onboarding processes for new employees
- Assisting with HR projects and general administrative duties
What we're looking for:
- Previous HR admin or strong office administration experience is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Driving license and own transport is essential due to the location
