Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist with month-end closing processes.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with financial policies.
Respond to vendor inquiries and manage accounts payable correspondence.
Skills & Attributes:
Previous experience in an accounts payable role.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
