Salary: £40,000-£43,000 p.a. dependent on experience

• The ability to build rapport with colleagues and young people
• A knowledge of operations and site management, including relevant health and safety legislation
• Hands-on practical skills
• Some experience of line management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• A grasp of procurement processes
