The Role

Careers perform a pivotal role in supporting our students to secure the best destinations possible, and to become informed about and equipped for the world of work. We require a dynamic and creative Director of Careers to thrive in this role

 

The following knowledge and attributes are required:

* The ability to build rapport with colleagues and young people

* An in-depth knowledge of the UCAS process

* Awareness of the processes and relevant legislation around work experience

* Some experience of line management

* Ability to build networks and engage with stakeholders and external colleagues to secure opportunities for young people

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
