Customer Service Advisor

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Join my client as a Customer Service Advisor and make a difference in the lives of tenants for a leading provider of affordable housing!

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of providing high-quality, cost-effective housing and telecare services. You’ll handle service enquiries, diagnose and order repairs, and liaise with contractors to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing customer queries at the front cashier desk or escalating them as needed.
  • Providing information about maintenance programmes and responding to related enquiries.
  • Maintaining office records and systems for complaints, tenancy commencements, and terminations.
  • Liaising with internal and external partners on service delivery aspects such as repairs, maintenance, and debt recovery.
  • Supporting the repairs maintenance team with logging repairs, arranging gas service inspections, and administrating certificates.
  • Coordinating internal and external communications and organizing events.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety legislation and other regulatory obligations.
  • Assisting the Projects Supervisor with performance data reporting and ad-hoc projects.

We are looking for someone with experience in customer service, preferably within housing or a related field. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, have strong organizational skills, and be an excellent communicator.
