Job Title:Â Customer Service Administrator
Location:Â West Bromwich - B70
Salary: £24,000/£13.19 per hour
About The Business:Â My client, a very well-known housing company that have offices across the UK are looking to expand the team. This company has been in operation for over 50 years, and do more than just housing! They care for their tenants, and supporting those at risk of homelessness, elderly and even offer employment support and money advice.
Role Overview:Â The business are looking for someone who can join the team, bring a positive attitude and a friendly face to their customers. The appointed person will deliver high quality customer service, quick and efficient advice via face to face, email and telephone comms. This position is very varied where no two conversations will be the same, you will be supporting with customer enquiries as well as using the internal systems to log all information. Please see a list of typical duties below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal with queries face to face at the front desk, cash handling, support and advice where necessary
- Diagnose and order repairs - liaise with contractors and keeping tenants updated
- Constant updates to all parties involved with maintenance programmes that are planned
- Support the repairs and maintenance team with logging repairs and arranging for inspections
- Plus much more
Skills and Experience:
- Strong computer knowledge - experience using Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephony skills
- Great with multi-tasking
This position is working Monday to Friday 08:45 to 16:45 fully office based.
