Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs? Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Reception-aged child with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) who is non-verbal and requires personal care. This is a full-time position based at a welcoming school in Smethwick.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support to a child with ASD, helping them engage in classroom activities.
Assist with communication and social development for a non-verbal child.
Deliver personal care and support the child's individual needs.
Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure tailored learning.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children with Autism and/or additional needs (desired but not essential).
Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting children's development.
Ability to provide personal care in a respectful and compassionate manner.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A positive and proactive attitude.
