A leading manufacturer and distributor of electrical, mechanical, and safety infrastructure products are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to manage client relationship, by ensuring orders are processed efficiently and queries are resolved with exceptional service. You will also promote their products through outbound campaigns, collaborate with internal teams, and support administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication with customers, external sales teams, and transport companies for smooth coordination.
- Address customer inquiries about stock, pricing, and discounts while providing first-level technical support.
- Drive sales growth through outbound calls targeting inactive accounts, promotional campaigns, and buying groups.
- Prepare customer quotations and share relevant information with the external sales team.
- Coordinate transportation for non-standard deliveries and address delivery-related issues with appropriate escalation if needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve product-related issues and support manufacturing or assembly needs.
- Oversee order progression from processing to dispatch, ensuring timely delivery.
