Laser Operator West Bromwich £29,000-£35,000 + Training + Site Based + Days + Great Work Life Balance Excellent opportunity for an experienced Laser Operator/Programmer to step into a supervisor position where you will be seen as the expert in your department.On offer is role with a specialist company who are growing rapidly and are now looking for someone to step up into a key role to aid with this expansion.With over four decades of being experts in their field, this company are dominating their market, providing net 0 and greener solutions to commercial blue-chip companies worldwide and the UK.The day to day of this role includes operating and programming CNC Laser machines as per customer's drawings and requests. You will also be supervising a small team, managing workflow and production planning.The ideal candidate will be experienced in operating and programming laser machines. Experience with Amada is preferred but not essential. The candidate must have a background in a manufacturing environment.The Role:

• Laser Machine operating/programming
• Supervising a small team
• Monday to Friday (7:30am-4:30pm, 1:30pm finish on Fridays)
• Workshop based in West Bromwich

• Experience with Laser machine operating/programming
