Litigation Lawyer | West Bromwich | Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm | £40,000 - £45,000 based on experience

Our client is a small legal practice in West Bromwich with a real emphasis on community and family.

They are looking for a qualified Litigation Lawyer to join their team in West Bromwich and to develop the area of litigation to include contentious probate matters.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • A qualified legal executive, solicitor or barrister essential
  • A minimum of 3 years PQE desired
  • Training and grounding in civil litigation essential
  • Knowledge of contentious probate essential
  • Knowledge of wills and probate procedures desired

What will your role look like?

  • To assist the partners to build a litigation department from scratch
  • To market and generate a sustainable business plan for a viable litigation department within the first 6 months of employment
  • To work with the head of private client to maintain contentious probate matters within the business
  • To assist the partners with debt management
