You will be reporting directly to the Assistant Operations Manager.Key Responsibilities* Managing a smooth workflow through shop floor* New starter inductions* Ensuring Quality training is delivered to team members* Ensuring the Company's Health & Safety Policies & Systems are adhered too.* Ensure quality standards are Maintained.* Assisting Assistant Operations Manager to ensure key KPI's are met* HR support to all direct reports* Ensuring housekeeping standards are maintained at all times* Assisting Assistant Operations Manager to ensure Health & Safety rules and policies are maintained.* Ensuring Day to day machine maintenance is adhered to and play an active role working with the maintenance department to ensure machines stay in good working order* Assist with monthly stock taking process.* Answering internal/external phone calls & emails as and when required* Ensure CNC efficiencies are maintained and improved.Personal Attributes* Self-Motivated* Methodical* Flexible* Attention to detail* Ability to cope under pressure in a fast paced, process driven environmentSkills Required* CNC experience essential* An excellent communicator, both verbally and written* Able to prioritise your own workload and work on your own initiative* Been able to work with a high level of accuracy* Good computing skills* Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Based - West Bromwich B71 to apply please submit CV
