Key responsibilities include creating various process documents, managing NPI projects from design to launch, and collaborating with suppliers for new equipment.
Candidates should have a degree in engineering or HNC/HND, along with relevant Lean/CI project experience and excellent communication skills.
The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and offers a competitive salary of £45,000 to £55,000 per year.

As Process Engineer, you will ensure all manufacturing requirements are communicated in detail through the relevant departments and provide support throughout the organisation.

The Process Engineer, will be responsible for:

*Creating FMEAs, Process Flows, Control Plans, Work Instructions, Gauge Instructions, , Packing Instructions, and other process documents.

*NPI projects from initial process design and layout stage, through to full launch.

*Dealing with new and existing suppliers to introduce new machines, tools and equipment.

* Buy-off process for new machines and tools.

* Poka Yoke systems to meet customer expectations.

* Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) on current production.

The successful candidate should be educated to degree level in engineering or HNC/HND with relevant Lean / CI project experience

You should also have excellent communication skills as this role will be the direct interface between manufacturing and the client.
