Customer order processor

Groomfield recruitmentare seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor to join our clients team inWest bromwich.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Working hours- 8.30-5.30 / 9am-5pm Rotating shift pattern every 2 weeks.

Pay rate-11.44- 12.30

Responsibilities
- Process customer orders promptly and accurately
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details and provide updates
- Analyse order information to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Upsell additional products or services where appropriate
- Handling 20 inbound calls per day dealing with customers
- Perform data entry tasks to input order information into the system

Experience;
The successful candidate should have:
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Experience in analysing order information
- Previous experience in upselling products or manufacturing would be advantageous
