Flourish Education is recruiting for a High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), who is dedicated and experienced, to join an OFSTED rated good school in West Bromwich.
This part-time and long-term role offers a competitive day rate of £100 - £120 per day and is due to start ASAP until July 2025 and is ideal for a committed individual with a passion for supporting pupils from Reception to Year 6.
The HLTA will primarily work across the school covering classes PPA Cover as requried. This role involves a wonderful chance to gain experience across various age ranges and Key stages within the primary setting.
This position is an excellent fit for someone seeking to contribute significantly to a school community while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, as there are no planning requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a UK Primary School setting
- Valid HLTA qualification or QTS
- Good behaviour and classroom management skills
- Strong references from recent employers or school placements
