As a key member of the Event Team, you’ll play a vital role in the planning and execution of large-scale events. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • People Coordination: Sourcing, recruiting, and building relationships with individuals, groups, and companies to engage the hundreds of volunteers essential to the success of flagship events.
  • Administrative Support: Managing and organising key aspects of people planning and event logistics, ensuring seamless preparation for event day.
  • Event Logistics: Collaborating with the Event Team to assist in the overall planning and delivery of memorable and impactful events.
