I am currently recruiting for x 2 Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyors for a main contractor based in the Surrey / London borders to work on new build commercial, industrial and mixed use projects ranging in value from 5 to 25 million.
Key duties will be - managing full trade packages together, with suitable scopes, managing tender returns, analyses with a consideration for client/contract requirements. You will be working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor and will be able to work from the office & site.
My client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary plus a benefits package including car allowance, travel and pension with the position looking to start ASAP but the client is happy to wait if the candidate has a notice period.
