Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Shift Lead to oversee operations at our Stockley Park Data Centre. You will lead a team, manage data center infrastructure, and ensure seamless operations, security, and customer satisfaction during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support data center technicians and engineers during shifts.
- Manage and monitor power, cooling, and network systems.
- Respond to alerts, incidents, and resolve issues swiftly.
- Conduct inspections and proactive maintenance.
- Enforce security protocols and ensure operational compliance.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment and inventory.
- Collaborate with other shifts to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a data center environment.
- HV AP
- Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
