Salary: 15.63 - 17.55 per hour (equivalent to 29,340 - 32,929 per annum),

A Special Secondary School in West Drayton is seeking an experienced School Caretaker to join their team on a contract basis, contributing to the upkeep of a safe and welcoming environment for both students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- General maintenance and repairs
- Litter collection and bin emptying
- Planned preventative maintenance and maintaining records
- Setting up for events
- Distributing deliveries, including furniture
- Handling emergency repairs
- Performing any additional tasks as needed
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a School Caretaker
- A clean, valid D1 driving license is desirable
- MIDAS certification is also desirable, but training can be provided
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Enhanced Child & Adult DBS is essential
