Key Responsibilities:

Testing & Bug Fixing: Review and test letter templates, processes, software bugs, and automated workflows to ensure smooth operations.

Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyse existing workflows and make recommendations for improvements and automation.

Data Monitoring & Control: Oversee and manage data processes, ensuring data integrity and rectification where necessary.

Collaboration & Teamwork: Participate in team meetings, share ideas, and take part in personal development sessions.

Spreadsheet Maintenance: Test and maintain internal spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and reliability.

High-Profile Projects: Contribute to large-scale projects like the equalisation of Guaranteed Minimum Pension (GMP).

Manual Pension Calculations: Perform manual pension calculations to validate system-generated results.

System Maintenance: Handle basic system maintenance, such as resetting passwords and running reports.
