My client is looking for a Repairs Administrator/ Technician to join their team, the main focus of this role is to organise technical repairs on equipment. This role would suit someone who has working in a similar role, who can offer insight into the role.
Duties:• Reviewing all items that are brought to the triage department • Assess quick repairs or if they need to be submitted to the technical team • Creating repairs tickets for each damaged or broken items • Adding detailed notes of the damage to the item • Aiding the repairs administrator • Preparing all the repairs into containers or on pallets to send to the internal team or external supplier• Understanding the priorities of the incoming repair stock
