A leading organization in Uxbridge is seeking a Sole Payroll Manager for a 12-month contract with a salary range of £60k-£70k plus benefits.
The role requires previous experience in managing an outsourced payroll and involves overseeing both weekly and monthly payroll processes.
Key responsibilities include maintaining service levels with third-party vendors, managing payroll year-end processes, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
The position supports Payroll and HR Systems Projects and requires strong stakeholder relationship management with HR and Finance teams.
While CIPP certification is preferred, it is not essential, and applicants should submit their CVs for consideration.

Sole Payroll Manager (FTC) – Uxbridge - £60k-£70k + BenefitsJGA are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation seeking a Payroll Manager with previous experience of managing an outsourced payroll for a 12 month contract. Working on a hybrid basis you will be responsible for:

Managing the running of both weekly and monthly payrolls.
Ensuring service levels are met whilst maintaining strong relationships with 3rd party vendors including pension providers
Managing payroll processes including Year Ends and P11Ds
Able to run an accurate, compliant and timely payroll function.
Support Payroll and HR Systems Projects
Develop strong stakeholder relationships with HR and Finance
Balancing payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
CIPP is preferred but not essential
