Freightserve recruitment are looking for an experienced AOG person for busy growing privately owned Freight Forwarder based in Heathrow area.
Job Description:-
- Dealing with AOG's shipments (start to finish)
For Exports:-
- Preparing Export consignments for shipping, ensuring all consignments depart from the UK in accordance with the client’s requirements.
- Handle and monitor all consignments ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.
- Completing MAWB’s and HAWB's
- Completion of NES Customs entries
- Issuing of consignment security letters and airline lodge paperwork.
- Dealing with overseas agents.
- Dealing with telephone enquiries from both internal & external departments accurately and efficiently.
- Liaising with Airlines, GSA's and Handling Agents
