- Role - Front of house clerk - Airport retail supplies
- Location- West Drayton
- Hours - Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Pay: £11.97 per hour for the first 12 weeks
- £13.30 after 12 weeks
- Opitonal overtime £17.96 per hour for the first 12 weeks
- £19.95 per hour after 12 weeks
- Start date - After completion of security checks (5 year history and criminal record check) and induction.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Front of House Clerk who will act as the first point of contact for visitors to our client's site. As the face of the organisation, this individual will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for all site visitors, including service providers, aviation legislation regulators, senior management, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visitor Reception: Greet and welcome visitors to the site, ensuring a professional, warm, and efficient service.
- Access Control: Manage and monitor access systems by checking in staff and issuing visitor access passes.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the company's values and maintaining a positive and professional image.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with site security protocols and regulations, logging all visitor details and activities.
- Coordination: Assist with site logistics by liaising with different departments to ensure smooth visitor entry and departure.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of visitors, staff check-ins, and relevant access details.
Key Requirements:
- Passion for Customer Service: A genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional Demeanor: Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially when managing multiple visitors or high-priority situations.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail in managing access control systems.
- Experience: Prior experience in a front-of-house role or customer service environment, ideally within a corporate, logistics, or aviation setting.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with access control systems and basic office software.
