Our client is a logistics specialist, providing first class airside project support, across Heathrow, Gatwick & Stansted.

Based near Heathrow airport, the successful candidate will look after a small team, and be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of their busy headquarters. Some basic HR experience would be desirable.

Any experience working within a construction, logistics, or aviation relevant company would be advantageous but not essential.

Duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting clients/customers.
• Management of 2 head office employees: HR, Pass and Training Manager / Recruitment and Staffing Manager.
• Company compliance, including but not limited to FORS, ISO, Constructionline.
• Organise company events and hotel / travel arrangements.
• Ordering of office supplies and stationery.
• PPE Ordering, stock management and issue.
• Minuting meetings.
• Recruitment for head office and warehouse roles.
• Management of parking and office arrangements.
• Review and issue of staff contracts.
• Create, review, and amend company policies for director approval.
• Onboarding of new staff.
• Personal Development Plan role out and management.
• Probation reviews.
