Orka Financial is currently recruiting for a growing Logistics business based in the West Drayton who seek to hire an confident well established Finance Assistant to join their Finance team.Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and paying supplier invoices.
- Processing customer invoices.
- Raising Purchase Orders.
- Credit Control/Credit Management.
- Supporting the Finance Team with any other tasks including VAT Returns, Payroll, Finance System Management, Year-End Tasks.
- Supporting the Finance Team and Department Heads with any Management reporting.
- Ad hoc office administration tasks.
Key Skills:
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in a Finance Role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT ability including MS Word and MS Excel.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software.
- Excellent at creating and maintaining positive working relationships with interpersonal skill, both remotely and face to face.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation of work often with conflicting deadlines.
- Ability to radiate positivity and confidence to work as part of a developing and growing team.
- Reliable and punctual, with a positive professional attitude and approach to work.
Salary:£28,000-£32,000 Dependent upon experience + further benefits
