Orka Financial is currently recruiting for a growing Logistics business based in the West Drayton who seek to hire an confident well established Finance Assistant to join their Finance team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and paying supplier invoices.
  • Processing customer invoices.
  • Raising Purchase Orders.
  • Credit Control/Credit Management.
  • Supporting the Finance Team with any other tasks including VAT Returns, Payroll, Finance System Management, Year-End Tasks.
  • Supporting the Finance Team and Department Heads with any Management reporting.
  • Ad hoc office administration tasks.

Key Skills:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience in a Finance Role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT ability including MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new software.
  • Excellent at creating and maintaining positive working relationships with interpersonal skill, both remotely and face to face.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation of work often with conflicting deadlines.
  • Ability to radiate positivity and confidence to work as part of a developing and growing team.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a positive professional attitude and approach to work.

Salary:£28,000-£32,000 Dependent upon experience + further benefits
