BALPA’s Director for Finance, HR and Corporate Services is responsible for leading and managing BALPA’s team of HR, finance and receptionist and facilities staff and providing strategic direction for finance, HR and corporate management across BALPA. This is an exciting role for the Association will include developing and implementing strategies and plans to significantly modernise our finance, HR, office management and digital functions. Moreover, it is likely that we will need to expand our office space, a project that will be the responsibility of the Director for Finance, HR and Corporate Services.
BALPA’s Director for Finance, HR and Corporate Services will be a member of BALPA’s Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) and play a leading role in BALPA’s modernisation programme.Â
