- Provide one-on-one and small group support for children with SEN, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), dyslexia, and other learning needs.
- Assist in delivering differentiated lessons, adapting teaching methods to suit individual needs.
- Support students with personal care, social skills, and emotional development.
- Help students with communication, literacy, numeracy, and classroom activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
- A passion for supporting children in their learning journey.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
