Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
- Create engaging and accessible lesson plans tailored to the unique needs of each student.
- Work closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and adapting strategies as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with students with SEN, preferably in a PRU or similar setting.
- Strong understanding of SEN best practices and educational strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students with diverse needs and backgrounds.
