We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join a dynamic team in Hillingdon. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in special educational needs, looking for an immediate start. The position offers flexibility with a direct permanent contract or a temp-to-perm arrangement.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of students with special educational needs.
  • Assess and record students’ progress, adapting teaching methods to suit individual needs and abilities.
  • Collaborate with other teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of students.
  • Implement and adapt curriculum materials and educational practices to meet the requirements of students with SEN.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an educational setting, specifically with SEN.
  • Strong experience in planning, delivering, and teaching lessons.
  • Excellent understanding of the needs and challenges faced by students with special educational needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (no ECTs).
