Job Title: Site Agent
Location: Midlands
Salary: £55,000-£60,000 per annum
On behalf of a leading Tier 1 civil engineering contractor, I am looking for an experienced Site Agent to join the Midlands team. This is an opportunity to take a leadership role on major highways, S278 works, private developments, earthworks, drainage, and roadworks projects.
Responsibilities:
·Full site management - overseeing daily operations and ensuring project success.
·HSEQ compliance - maintaining high health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
·Subcontractor management - coordinating and overseeing subcontractor performance.
·Programme & delivery - ensuring works are completed on time and to specification.
·Commercial oversight - supporting project financials, budgets, and cost controls.
·Supporting the Project Manager - ensuring smooth execution and delivery of works.
Requirements:
·Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent
·SMSTS, First Aid, Temporary Works.
·Highways, S278, private developments, earthworks, drainage, roadworks.
·Strong leadership and site management skills.
·Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Package:
·£55,000-£60,000 per annum based on experience
