- Act as the first point of contact for mortgage application queries.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, including solicitors, valuers, and brokers.
- Maintain and update case data accurately.
- Allocate and monitor workloads among Case Managers to ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Handle customer service tasks, including resolving inquiries and chasing fees/documentation.
- Proactive, efficient, and deadline-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptable and flexible, with a problem-solving mindset and a team-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of mortgage processing, customer service excellence, and process improvement is a plus.
