An established and respected Buy-to-Let lender is seeking a Case Support Specialist to join their Case Management team.This role is integral to ensuring smooth workflow allocations, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to customers and internal teams, maintaining efficiency and compliance throughout the mortgage application process.Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for mortgage application queries.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, including solicitors, valuers, and brokers.
  • Maintain and update case data accurately.
  • Allocate and monitor workloads among Case Managers to ensure efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Underwriting, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams.
  • Handle customer service tasks, including resolving inquiries and chasing fees/documentation.
About You:
  • Proactive, efficient, and deadline-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a problem-solving mindset and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of mortgage processing, customer service excellence, and process improvement is a plus.
