- Provide helpdesk support to customers by email and telephone
- Ensuring customer queries are actioned in appropriate time keeping up with the teams SLA’s
- To work towards providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Inputting data onto the internal database
- General administration duties
- Some exposure to an office-based role is desirable
- Previous experience in a customer service or admin role is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work to tight deadlines

- West Malling, Kent – 2 days in the office, 3 days at home
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
