Head of Servicing is required by an established finance company working from their Head Office based in West Malling and paying up to 65k. You will be leading the Mortgage Servicing Team of 3, with a high likelihood of expansion, manage daily operations, ensure compliance and industry standards as well as providing first class customer support.

This individual must have experience working within mortgage servicing and arrears management, have excellent leadership skills and have the ability to both motivate and develop a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of customer service specialists, driving them to meet and exceed targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with both internal departments and external partners.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to boost efficiency.
  • Oversee team performance metrics while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and contribute to monthly financial reporting efforts.
