Talent Guardian is excited to be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking company in search of a motivated and experienced Head of Servicing to join their Mortgage Servicing team. This is an incredible opportunity for a driven leader to take the reins, overseeing the day-to-day operations while ensuring exceptional service and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mortgage servicing, strong leadership skills, and a passion for improving processes to provide the best support possible to customers. What You’ll Bring:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of customer servicing specialists to meet team objectives and deliver excellent service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including brokers and solicitors.
  • Oversee the performance metrics and KPIs of the team, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, market trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation within the team.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to mortgage payments, loan modifications, and account balances.
  • Collaborate with finance, compliance, and underwriting teams to resolve complex customer issues and non-standard transactions.
