- Serve as the initial contact for any mortgage application inquiries.
- Cultivate strong connections with clients and key partners, including legal representatives, valuers, and brokers.
- Accurately manage and update case records.
- Assign and oversee workloads within the Case Management team to optimise productivity.
- Work closely with Underwriting, Finance, Risk, and Compliance departments.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and following up on required documents or payments.
- Proactive, highly organised, and able to meet deadlines, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and solution-focused, with a positive approach to teamwork.
- Familiarity with mortgage processes, exceptional customer service, and process enhancements is advantageous.
