- Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing clients, primarily via phone and email.
- Act as the first point of contact for all queries related to mortgage applications.
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence.
- Manage and liaise with Mortgage Brokers, Solicitors, and other key stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and case progression.
- Work closely with the underwriting and risk teams to ensure all mortgage conditions and requirements are met.
- Escalate any issues to the Line Manager for discussion and resolution when necessary.
- Experience in the financial or conveyancing industry is desirable, but relevant office experience will also be considered.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong emphasis on phone-based interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
