INTERVIEWING ASAP!A well-established and highly regarded Buy-to-Let mortgage provider is looking for a Case Support Specialist to become part of their Case Management department.This position plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless allocation of work, resolving challenges, and delivering outstanding assistance to both customers and internal teams. The focus is on maintaining compliance and efficiency throughout the mortgage application journey.Key Duties:
  • Serve as the initial contact for any mortgage application inquiries.
  • Cultivate strong connections with clients and key partners, including legal representatives, valuers, and brokers.
  • Accurately manage and update case records.
  • Assign and oversee workloads within the Case Management team to optimise productivity.
  • Work closely with Underwriting, Finance, Risk, and Compliance departments.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and following up on required documents or payments.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proactive, highly organised, and able to meet deadlines, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and solution-focused, with a positive approach to teamwork.
  • Familiarity with mortgage processes, exceptional customer service, and process enhancements is advantageous.
