Our client, a leading business in their field is seeking a Head of Mortgage Servicing to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to internal developments within the business our client is looking to add a Head of Mortgage Servicing to their team, where you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Servicing team whilst ensuring compliance within industry standards, whilst ensuring all work is accurate and in line with SLAs.

The ideal candidate will experience managing a team of customer service advisers and it is imperative the Head of Mortgage Servicing will have experience in loan servicing with an in-depth knowledge of mortgage processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leaf and supervise a team of customer servicing specialists, providing guidance and support to achieving goals

- Ensure team performance and morale is maintained at a high level

- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, risk and compliance

- Stay up to date on industry best practice

- Assist customers with enquiries about mortgage payments

- Complete regular quality assurance checks on team tasks

- Assist with monthly finance reporting

- Review and action complex queries and enquiries from Solicitors and borrowers

Key Experience:

- Previous experience in the Mortgage industry and a strong understanding of mortgage servicing processes

- Experience and knowledge of mortgage servicing processes

- Experienced in managing a team of servicing advisors

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster relationships across the business

- Previous experience working in an FCA regulated environment
