About the Role

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. You will lead one of our smaller projects while also supporting the commercial team with key responsibilities such as:

  • Populating tender packs and carrying out detailed cost analysis
  • Preparing order documents and managing subcontractor payments
  • Working closely with our Customer Care Department one day per week to support financial recovery


What We're Looking For

  • Experience in housebuilding or main contracting
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially astute professional
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, costs, and financial reporting effectively
