Position: Account Manager - Packaging Industry
Location: West Molesey Based
Core Hours: 9AM - 5PM

Company - Established in 1998 this packaging company specialises in creating beautiful card-based packaging for high end brands such as; Clarins, Phillip Kingsley, Jimmy Choo, Wella, Dermalogica etc
Roles & Responsibilities -
- The main aim of this role is to manage creative projects, which exceed client expectations, on time and budget.
- To be the main point of contact for a list of clients and provide an exceptional service to them.
- You will be required to deal with client queries and project manage the projects from brief to production to launch
- Book out adequate time for design and photography projects and working with the Traffic Manager to ensure this.
- Liaising with internal production departments on a daily basis, overseeing their projects and providing accurate quotations for packaging and commercial printing
- Creating creative written briefs.
- Advising on and shaping client briefs, cardboard engineering and organising mock ups in support of the client requests, estimating, booking in jobs, agreeing and managing critical paths.
- To assist company Directors with sales relationships.
Experience Needed:
- Preferably from the Packaging Industry
- Ability to draft up a creative brief from information provided
- Must have strong project and time management skills
- Have experience of print process would be preferable
- Must have excellent organisational, written, spoken and time management skills
- Will have experience of using Tharstern MIS or have experience of similar systems
