We are a growing independent Recruitment agency based in the heart of Beckenham with a large client base in Central London. Hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday (with 1 hour for lunch), flexibility may be required outside of these hours depending on urgency of a task and workload.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates
  • Advertising our live jobs to the company website and job boards
  • Reviewing advert responses
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels; Linkedin, Job boards, networks, social media and referrals
  • Matching suitable candidates to shortlists
  • Telephone pre-screen candidates
  • Arranging and coordinating candidate interviews
  • Gathering interview feedback
  • Maintaining our CRM database
  • Generating leads for the sales team to follow up
  • Processing weekly timesheets and candidate payroll
  • Candidate compliance (ID, right to work, references)
  • Credit control
  • Social Media

Skills

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
  • System Skills: Competent in MS Office and CRM databases
  • Resourceful and able to use own initiative
  • Positive and collaborative attitude
  • Composed under pressure, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities, exercising responsible judgement when appropriate
