CNC Turner/Machinist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Turner/Machinist to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC turning machines, primarily using Doosan and Bridgeport equipment. Proficiency with Fanuc or Heidenhain programming is essential to ensure the production of high-quality components that meet our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC turning machines, including Doosan and Bridgeport models.
• Program and operate machines using Fanuc or Heidenhain controls.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings to produce precision components.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on machines.
• Ensure that all work meets stringent quality standards and production deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Turner or Machinist, particularly with Doosan and Bridgeport machines.
• Strong proficiency in Fanuc or Heidenhain CNC programming.
• Ability to read and accurately interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Keen attention to detail with a focus on producing work to tight tolerances.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
