Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the school's SENCO and other professionals to develop individualised learning plans for the child.
* Monitor and assess the children's progress, providing regular feedback to the class teacher and parents

Requirements

* Experience working with children with special educational needs, is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of effective teaching strategies and resources for supporting children with diverse learning needs.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with the class teacher, parents, and external professionals.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for empowering every child to succeed
* Either live in Westminster or within a commutable distance
