Sales Admin Support

Reed are representing a client who is seeking a proactive and engaged Sales Admin Support to provide essential administrative support to their Sales Department. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through a highly organised approach to administration. The successful candidate will work effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processes are maintained.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Champion business initiatives and uphold company values of being ‘rewarding’, ‘reliable’, and ‘respectful’.
  • Manage site mail by sorting, opening, distributing, and sending post accurately to employees and customers.
  • Handle business-related speeding fines and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage stationary orders for the wider team, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date vehicle administration, including tasks such as tax expiry tracking, changing vehicle keepers, and updating registration books.
  • Provide weekly updates of spreadsheets with accurate and relevant information.
  • Lead office housekeeping efforts, ensuring filing and records are kept audit-ready.
  • Answer phone calls, assist with queries, and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
  • Provide support with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Brilliant time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent administration skills and adaptability to work in different situations.
  • Computer literacy and confidence using various software and technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilience and attention to detail.
