Juice Recruitment is excited to be recruiting two part-time Customer Service Executives for a growing online health and wellness brand based in Westbury, Wiltshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team passionate about sustainable practices, delivering innovative solutions, and outstanding customer experiences.

We are seeking candidates with experience using Shopify, Zendesk, or similar customer service platforms.

This role offers hybrid working and flexible start times; however, you must hold a valid driving license and have access to your own vehicle due to the location.

DAY TO DAY

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer queries about shipping, subscriptions, and products via email and live chat.
  • Professionally handling complaints and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Using platforms like Shopify and Zendesk to manage customer interactions efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting customer problems and delivering solutions with a positive, professional approach.

WHAT WE’D LOVE TO SEE

  • Customer service expertise, with experience in handling queries, and complaints, and delivering excellent service.
  • Strong communication skills, proficient in professional, clear written communication.
  • Confident using customer service tools; experience with Shopify or Zendesk or similar platforms is essential.
  • Problem-solving ability, proactiveness, and resourcefulness when resolving issues.
  • Available to work alternate weekends for a couple of hours and some bank holidays.
  • You must live within a 45-minute drive of Westbury, Wiltshire.
