We are working in partnership with HR Administrator to provide crucial support to our clients People team.

DAY TO DAY :

  • Ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all HR and People Team documentation.
  • Maintaining GDPR compliance and keeping the HR platform up to date.
  • Supporting the team with policy drafting, document proofing, and reviewing.
  • Monitoring annual leave and assisting with onboarding and contracts.
  • Monitoring the completion of E-Learning
  • Helping to organise company events and taking ownership of general administrative tasks.
